TED talks have a way of making you sit back in your chair and say wow, and rethink how you've been managing everything your whole life until this point. The eloquent way the speeches are written or the passion with which they're delivered make us want to stand up and effect change.

Some TED talks are greater than others, and the best ones can be hugely inspirational and motivational. I've watched through hours of entrepreneurial ted talks to get into the entrepreneur mindset. I've taken the best of the best and rounded them up.

Get your popcorn ready, and have your notebook handy. You can watch these all in one go, or bookmark this page for those times when you feel like you need a bit of an extra push.  Either way, you're sure to get some strategies and insights to up your eCommerce game.

1. The Surprising Habits of Original Thinkers by Adam Grant

In his moving talk, Adam goes over how to recognize original thinkers and then how to mirror those behaviors for yourself.  The Organizational psychologist shares the three habits of original thinkers, which includes embracing failure.

2. How to stop screwing yourself over by Mel Robbins

100 million Americans claim to be dissatisfied with their lives, and Mel believes the reason they are dissatisfied is one enormous obstacle.

Mel digs into how people hold themselves back, and stifle their own potential. This Ted Talk is fantastic is you are limiting yourself and second-guessing all your decisions.

3. Let’s raise kids to be entrepreneurs by Cameron Herold

In his talk, the founder of COO Alliance shares his beliefs on the American Educational System, and his doubts on whether they truly prepare kids to be successful and career-oriented.  Since kids can truly be great entrepreneurs )check out some awesome stories of kid entrepreneurs here!) Cameron says it's time to revamp the system.

4. How great leaders inspire action by Simon Sinek

I'll admit, I may be a little biassed on this one. After all, Simon Sinek is the man who wrote some of my most recommended books for entrepreneurs.  This Ted Talk is expectedly great as well, delving into the common trait of successful leaders: creative problem-solving. Playing off his book "Start with Why", Simon suggests solving the key question for every problem: Why? before planning your next steps.

5. Four lessons in creativity by Julie Burstein

Creative arts can often be side-swept while management and growth are prioritized. The problem is, Creativity is key to starting a successful business. In this 17 minute presentation, Julie discusses what it means to tap into your creative potential at any moment, even the most challenging or dark ones you've ever had.

6. How Data will Transform Business by Philip Evans

I'm a bit of a data nerd myself, and this one really spoke to me. We can't deny it: In business, you need to gather, track and analyze your data. This is how you optimize your opportunities and quantify growth. Evans branches on this fact, touching on the shifting nature of strategy and its relationship with technology, and the potential threat to a business' stability.
