Wilfried: I run a watch brand called Atelier Wen that generates a few thousands of dollars per month. And we've been delving more into our analytics in recent weeks by using tools like Google Analytics, Shopify, Facebook pixel, etc. Especially as we've been running ads.
One thing that we found though in that Better Replay has really really allowed us to solve is that just metrics don't really always give you a good understanding of what users are doing on your website.
However, with Better Replay, you get a much more intuitive understanding of what's going on, where people are clicking, where your websites, you know, might have some space for the optimized.
So we've had a definitely terrific experience so far and we'll be looking to Better Replay to gain better insights about our customers going forward.
